Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.1 Maintain the store packing and storage room with honesty and integrity

1.2 Pack, distribute and maintain an updated registry of Measurement Services Publications and copies of Examination paper

1.3 Liaise with Provincial Education Officers in relation to dispatch of materials.

1.4 Carry out other duties as directed by the Senior Data Management Officer.

1.5 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Wisdom and responsibility in programs, activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.

 

2. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES

2.1 Qualification

2.1.1 Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate

2.1.2 Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration is preferable.

2.2 Knowledge

2.2.1 Know the general filing system.

2.2.2 Computing knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel applications.

2.3 Skills

2.3.1 Clerical 

2.3.2 Client Service

2.3.3 Computing

2.3.4 Communication

2.4 Work Experience

2.4.1 3 years’ experience in clerical duties
