Designation : SNR QUALITY ANALYST (Code- EDU23-00032)
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.1 Conduct quality assurance and system audit checks to ensure services are delivered as per the required.
1.2 Plan, execute and oversee implementation for policies for quality output.
1.3 Maintain records and tracking systems including root-cause analysis and corrective actions taken to improve the organizational functions.
1.4 Develop improve standards for production and design and create testing tools for implementation across the implementation process.
1.5 Achieve or exceed client satisfaction by providing courteous and client focused service through performing of various processes and transactions.
1.6 Contribute to maintain performance by ensuring to provide cover and relief assistance to work area when required on own initiative.
1.7 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Wisdom and responsibility in programs, activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
2.1.1 Degree in Public Policy Management or other qualification acceptable to the Department.
2.1.2 Further qualification in computerized audit will be an added advantage.
2.2.1 Extensive experience in conducting computerized quality assurance and payroll audit or other relevant experience.
2.3.1 Extensive knowledge of the functionality of the Alesco HRM system.
2.3.2 Broad knowledge of Audits functions or terms and conditions of employment.
2.3.3 Knowledge of the relevant sections of the PSGO relating to salaries and entitlements of administrative staff in provincial and head office.
2.3.4 Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of effective payroll audit and quality assurance.
