1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.1 Assist the A/S – NCD Education Services, Manager – Operations, Manager – Schools Coordination & Appointments, Manager Coordination, Exams & Training and the Planning Officer in formulating policies related to Education Reform at Elementary Education.
1.2 Coordinate, control, plan and prepare submission for improvement and expansion of all Elementary Schools in National Capital District.
1.3 Liaise with all relevant Sections in the National Education Department responsible in the Elementary level of New Education Reform.
1.4 Maintain close liaison with Primary, Vocational and High/Secondary Coordinator.
1.5 Liaise with Local Authority (NCDC) in the Infrastructure Development Program.
1.6 Maintain accurate statistical information in Elementary level of Education for Budget and Planning purposes.
1.7 Plan and coordinate training programs for Elementary Teachers in National Capital District
1.8 Maintain and carry out investigation matters at Elementary Schools respectively.
1.9 Maintain and carry out feasibility reports mainly of new Elementary Schools in National Capital District
1.10 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and Values of Honesty, Intergrity, Accountability, Respect, Wisdom and Responsibility in programs, activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS.
2.1.1 University Degree in Education or Human Resource Management from a recognized Institution.
2.2.1 3 – 5 years teaching experience. Proven experience in Teachers Appointment process is an advantage.

2.4.1 Must have the ability to devise Elementary Education Programmes within the district.
