1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.1 Provide sound advice to provinces on information related to particular changes taking place in the Headquarters and the provinces.
1.2 Ensure to provide information of transferring school function, process and procedures.
1.3 Attend to matters related to provincial transfers.
1.4 Provide relief technical advice to work area when required on own initiative.
1.5 Carry out other duties as directed, consistent with the above.
1.6 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, initiatives to foster positive work ethic.
2. QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
2.1 Qualification
2.1.1 Grade 12 level of Education
2.1.2 Bachelor Degree in Education/Bachelor Degree in PPM.
2.2 Knowledge
2.2.1 Knowledge of Provincial Transfer office procedures.
2.2.2 Knowledge DoE Corporate Policy.
2.2.3 Knowledge of Teaching Service Commission (TSC) Policy.
2.2.4 Knowledge of Policy Management System & quality Management System.
2.2.5 Knowledge of Education Act, TSC Act, PS Act and Provincial Regulations.
2.3 Skills
2.3.1 Computer Literate
2.3.2 Excellent Communication skill both oral and written.
2.3.3 Ability to interact with officers at various levels of the organization.
2.4 Work Experience
2.4.1 3-5 years working experiences with policy and planning
