1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.1 Ensure all correspondence are action when receive; sorting, stamping, recording and delivering
all faxed and posted correspondence from teachers, PEOs and administrative staff to senior
employee clerks or management team members for action.
1.2 Ensure Public Servants and Teachers are notified by dispatching all written responses and
copies of salary related advice forms to mail dispatch unit for delivery.
1.3 Maintain an up to date file record and copies of employees’ salaries for Secondary, National
Schools of Excellence (NSoE), Vocational (VET), and FODE teachers.
1.4 Ensure the employee service officers locate salary files for use from the file storage system as
authorized by the immediate Supervisor, recording the files and delivering them to relevant
officers and collect, sort and store the files away.
1.5 Contribute to positive and effective team building by consulting and cooperating with team
members to achieve work area goals.
1.6 Achieve and exceed client satisfaction by providing consistent and efficient client service
through performing of various processes and transactions.
1.7 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion principles and values of honesty, accountability,
respect, wisdom and responsibility in programs, activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES
2.1 Qualifications
2.1.1 Minimum of Grade twelve (12) Education with a Diploma in Human Resource or possession of
other Diploma qualification acceptable to the Department. Further qualification in computerized payroll audit is preferable.
2.2 Knowledge
2.2.1 Sound knowledge of systematic filing and storage systems.
2.2.2 Sound knowledge of the storage and retrieval process in Payroll Related Services Branch.
2.2.3 Aware of TSC Act and PSGO.
2.2.4 Principles and practice of supervision.
2.3 Skills
