1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.1 Enter promptly into Alesco HRM system the teachers’ appointment information from TSC
approved ''teachers order of preference form" before end of September each year for
'Confirmation of Teachers Appointment' gazette to be produced.
1.2 Ensure successful annual teachers' resumption process by assisting the employee services
officers with teachers' reversal of leave bookings and position occupancy activities.
1.3 Achieve performance excellence in work area by implementing constructive feedback on performance from the Supervisor.
1.4 Achieve and exceed client satisfaction by personally or being part of the team to provide
courteous and efficient client service through performing of various processes and transactions.
1.5 Contribute to maintain performance in activity or functional area by providing relief assistance to work area when required.
1.6 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion principles and values of honesty, accountability,
respect, wisdom and responsibility in programs, activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1.1 Minimum of Grade twelve (12) Education with Diploma in Human Resource.
2.1.2 Further qualification in computerized payroll audit is preferable.
2.2.1 Extensive knowledge of the functions of the Alesco HRM system.
2.2.2 Broad knowledge of teachers’ Salary Determinations and terms and conditions of employment.
2.2.3 Knowledge of the relevant sections of the PSGO relating to salaries and entitlements of
administrative staff in provinces and head office.
2.2.4 Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of effective payroll audit and quality assurance.
