1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.1 National Examination Administration
1.1.1 Ensure that all Examinations are produced and administered on time for grades 8, 10 and 12 and those meeting all DOE requirements be certificated.
1.1.2 Ensure that Standards monitoring tests are developed, administered analyzed and reported annually.
1.2 Project Management
1.2.1 Ensure that the benchmark projects and moderation guidelines for all practical subjects’ moderations.
1.3 Program Assessment
1.3.1 Plan and participate in national and provincial programs for teaching educational measurement skills and to personnel at all levels of the Education system.
1.3.2 Supervise the development of assessment programs for school-based assessment and the production of item-banks.
1.4.1 Produce the Division’s budget and monitoring of finance.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1.1 Master’s in Education Management/Leadership
2.1.2 Bachelor’s Degree in Curriculum Studies
2.2.1 Knowledgeable about the Assessment, Standards & Monitoring and Examination, Certification & Data Management system and future directions relating to assessment in general.
2.2.2 Knowledgeable in statistical analysis of examination, assessment and CSMT data.

2.3.3 Communication; both oral & written
2.3.5 Interpersonal skills
2.3.6 Statistical and Analytical
2.4 Work Experience
2.4.1 Minimum of 5 years Secondary Teaching experience
2.4.2 Overall coordination of activities relating to assessment, national examinations, certification and data management in grades 8 to 12.
2.4.3 Minimum 3 years work experience Grade 8, 10 and 12 Results Processing.
