Designation : ADMINISTRATION CLERK (Code- EDU23-00774)
1.1 Responsible for divisional procurement and logistics plan by assisting in Administration officer in preparing Annual Procurement Plan for the division.
1.2 Collaborate with Administration officer for preparation and reporting of divisional budget in consistent with the Department of Treasury budgetary framework.
1.3 Assist in creating, maintaining and up-dating data base for all assets for the Division to make advance planning for assets procurement and disposal purposes.
1.4 Ensure acquittals of advances (travel, accommodation, etc) are properly done within the required period by the officers.
1.5 Provide assistance on professional and administrative matters raised by officers in the Division, which requires liaison with other Divisions in the Department.
1.6 Assist in ensuring efficient maintenance activities and service agreements are met and regularly up-dated for the smooth operations of the Division.
1.7 Maintain continuous and consistent standard of service delivery by ensuring cover and relief assistance to immediate work area when required.

2.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1.1 The minimum entry requirement is a Diploma or higher;
2.1.2 Diploma in Office Administration, Management, Finance or Accounting.
2.2.1 Knowledge of PMFA.
2.2.2 Public Service General Order.
2.2.3 Records Management and Asset Management Procedures of DoE.
2.3.1 Computing skills; Microsoft word and excel
2.3.2 Work ethical skills
2.3.3 Strong organizational abilities.
2.3.4 Planning and analytical abilities.

2.4 Work Experience
