1.1 Transparent, efficient and Value for Money minor procurements for Consulting Services & Training valued below K50, 000.
1.3 Provide assistance to the preparation of all internal manuals, circulars, forms and procedures in accordance to the procurement framework.
1.4 Ensure adequate records keeping and archiving for procurement for consulting the Services and Training in accordance with established procedures.
1.5 Maintain continuous consistent standard of service delivery by providing suggestions and opinions for the improvement of the daily activities and participating in team building initiatives training.
1.6 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Wisdom and Responsibility in programs, Activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1.1 The minimum entry requirement is a Diploma or higher;
2.1.2 Diploma in Office Administration, Management, Finance or Accounting.
