1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.1 Provide photocopy services for all divisional administrative correspondences and data.
1.2 Ensure that all divisional administrative correspondences and data are recorded and stored in a systematic order.
1.3 In consultation with the Senior Administration Officer ensure to maintain and update a database of all incoming and outgoing divisional administrative correspondences.
1.5 Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Senior Administration Officer.
2. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, WORK EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1 Qualifications
2.1.1 Grade 12 Certificate in Office Administration or relevant is preferable.
2.2 Knowledge
2.2.1 The Public Service Management Act, Public Service General Orders and the Public Finance Management Act which forms the basis of the day to day operations of the Division.
2.3 Skills
2.3.1 Communication and public relation skills.
2.3.2 Reporting skills.
2.3.3 Computer literate in Microsoft word and excel.
2.4 Work Experience
2.4.1 Minimum of 3 years clerical work experience in government office administration
