Designation : SNR LANDS AND BUILDING OFFICER (HQ) (Code- EDU23-00888)
1.1 Assist the Assistant Secretary – Assets Management in implementing Administration Division’s policies and the administration of DoE Assets support to all line divisions of DoE.
1.2 Coordinate the operations and management of lands, buildings and housing management standard for DoE institutions.
1.3 Administer and coordinate the activities of the Lands and Building Section through close liaison with Department of Lands and National Housing Corporation.
1.4 Provide reports to the office of the First Assistant Secretary through the Assistant Secretary – Assets Management on matters related to the Lands and Buildings.
1.5 Carry out any tasks as directed by the Assistant Secretary – Asset Management.
1.6 Ensure to maintain quality maintenance and renovation of department’s assets and provide weekly/monthly report to Assistant Secretary – Asset Management.
1.7 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Wisdom and Responsibility in programs, Activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1.1 The minimum entry requirement for this position is a Bachelor degree or higher;
2.1.2 Degree in Lands & Building Management, Business Management & Information Technology.
2.1.3 Post graduate or Master’s Degree in related field is preferable.
