Designation : LANDS AND BUILDING OFFICER (Code- EDU23-00890)
1.1 Assist the Supervisor, in implementing policies and the administration of DoE Assets support to all line divisions of DoE.
1.2 Providing assistance in coordinating a common operational and management of lands, buildings and housing management standard for DoE institutions that is client focused and responsive to improving client and service delivery within DoE.
1.3 Assist in coordinating the activities of the Lands and Building Section through close liaison with Department of Lands and National Housing Corporation.
1.4 Provide reports to the Supervisor on matters related to the Lands and Buildings.
1.5 Carry out any tasks as directed by the Assistant Secretary – Asset Management.
1.6 Incorporate Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Principles and values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Wisdom and Responsibility in programs, Activities and initiatives to foster positive work ethics.
2.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2.1.1 The minimum entry requirement is a Diploma or higher;
2.1.2 Diploma in Lands and Building Management, Business Management & Information Technology or relevant is highly desirable.

2.4 Work Experience
2.4.1 More than 3 years’ experience in building and lands management.
2.4.2 Related experience in operational duties.
